LEGAL CONDITIONS (PURCHASE, DELIVERY AND DATA MANAGEMENT)

VALIDITY OF PRICES

Prices are valid on the day of the order according to the valid price list of The Pivka Tourist Board (Zavod za turizem Pivka). The prices in the online store are only valid when ordered over the Internet, thus some deviations in prices may occur between the online store and the prices at the location of the tourist providers in Pivka. When purchasing, prices are valid at the time of order confirmation. All prices include VAT. If the product is not in stock, there may be a price change, which the provider shall inform the buyer about. We reserve the right to make daily price changes unless otherwise stated (for example, promotions and special discounts). All prices in the online store are informative. Some images are only symbolic and do not always fully reflect the actual situation.

SHIPPING AND COSTS

The provider must deliver the goods or services within the promised time. Shipping for The Pivka Tourist Board (Zavod za turizem Pivka) online shop is provided by the Post of Slovenia. Delivery time for items in stock is usually 2–3 working days. Online orders received by 9am will normally be shipped on the same day.
The delivery cost is calculated using the weight of the selected items, according to the valid price list of the Post of Slovenia (Pošta Slovenije d.o.o.).

The delivery cost is charged in the online store and is evident from the copy of the order.

Upon receipt of the shipment, please immediately check:

• the integrity of the shipment,
• possible damage.

Such complaints must be reported to the delivery service that delivered the goods to you within 24 hours at the latest. Visible damage to the package should be reported to the delivery service immediately upon receipt.

PAYMENT METHODS

The buyer may pay for the goods:

• at the time of acceptance of the goods (COD – cash on delivery),
• to our bank account according to the pro forma invoice, which the buyer receives by e-mail,
• via PayPal.

ORDERS

When the buyer sends the order, they obtain confirmation of this order by e-mail.

CONTRACT

The concluded contract between the buyer and the seller will be stored at The Pivka Tourist Board (Zavod za turizem Pivka) in writing. One copy of this contract will be received by the buyer upon delivery of the goods (in writing). Upon request, the buyer may subsequently receive a copy of the contract in writing in the store, by mail or in electronic form by e-mail. The contract is concluded in the Slovenian language.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

(valid for purchase via the online store)

The buyer has the right to notify the company in writing of the withdrawal from the contract within fifteen days from the delivery of the goods. The purchased goods must be returned within a further 30 days at the latest, and the goods must be undamaged, unused and in the original packaging accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. All shipping costs for returns shall be paid by the buyer. If desired, the buyer can exchange the goods for other goods or have the entire purchase price returned together with the delivery costs, if any.

The refund does not apply to:

• items known to have traces of use.

In the case of returned items with known traces of use or damaged original packaging, we reserve the right to charge an appropriate fee. As a rule, we do not accept the return of goods that have been paid for by COD (cash on delivery). The provider shall return the entire purchase price (purchase price with delivery costs) as soon as possible and no later than 15 days after receiving the returned goods.

DISCLAIMER

The provider is working to the best of their ability to ensure that the information published on its pages is up to date and correct. Nevertheless, product characteristics, their availability and price may change so quickly that the provider fails to correct the information on the websites. In such a case, the provider will notify the buyer of the changes and allow them to cancel the order or to replace the ordered product. The provider is not responsible for the content of the product reviews written by the users.

We reserve the right to use your personal data exclusively for the successful performance of the delivery service.
In order to prevent unauthorised access to or disclosure of this information, to maintain the accuracy of personal data and to ensure its use, we use appropriate technical and organisational procedures to protect the data we collect. Access to this information is protected by username and password.

By purchasing from our online store and agreeing to the general terms and conditions, you consent to your personal data being included in the list of users and that you consent to the use of your data exclusively for the successful delivery of the delivery service.
